Senior Relationship Manager, Enterprise Cash Management- (240000UR)
Responsibilities:
Maintain and grow existing deposit portfolio and deepen profitable relationships by providing proposition and advisory for commercial banking clients on their Cash Management.
Proactively review with clients to increase share of wallet by providing customized Cash Management Solutions on collection, payment, payroll, internet banking, etc. to meet and exceed their business and operational requirements.
Hunt new-to-bank and generate new leads from the value chain of existing clients.
Proactively cross-sell all other products within the Bank including various types of commercial banking facilities, bancassurance, workplace accounts, premier banking, etc.
Work closely with internal stakeholders including Transaction Banking, Treasury, Product, and Operations Teams to ensure the portfolio meets planned revenue and volume projections.
Assess and manage potential risks by performing customer due diligence in compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements as well as the Bank's internal procedure manuals.
Qualifications:
Possess a recognized degree preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business, coupled with 2 to 5 years' experience in a similar field.
Good analytical skills in the areas of Cash Management, Wealth Management, or Wholesale Banking.
Strong presentation and communication skills, influencing and problem-solving skills.
Positive and growth mindset, willing to learn, able to work independently and initiative-driven.
Result-oriented and able to work as a team.
Good planning and organizing skills.
