About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and client-focused Senior Associate to join our Family Office team.
In this role, you will play a key part in helping achieve the sales targets set by the Regional Head, Family Office, while developing and maintaining relationships with Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients.
You will be responsible for providing tailored financial, investment, and personal solutions to meet the complex needs of these clients.
What you will be doing
Supporting the Relationship Director in the delivery of bespoke services and solutions to UHNW clients
Assisting in the management of client relationships, ensuring their wealth is well-managed and that there are no major complaints leading to financial losses or litigation
Contributing to the development and execution of business processes to enhance client experience and streamline operations
Collaborating with various stakeholders to address gaps and improve service offerings within the Family Office business
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, including those set by BNM, the Securities Commission, and Bursa Malaysia
What we're looking for
At least 5-7 years in a Private Banker / Relationship Manager position
Relevant experience in Private Wealth and Family Office
Well connected to UHNW space
Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication (written/verbal) skills
Good people management skills
Possess strong sales and service skills
