You will be responsible to ensure consistent risk assessment across the site to maximize the integrated Production Team effectiveness in working on the highest priority activities to deliver the Business Plan.You will proactively identify and understand complex problems through reliability performance data analysis, ensuring problems are well defined and understood before solutions are developed. This includes leading complex problem solving when required involving multiple disciplines, sites and resources within Shell. You will also ensure that equipment costs, availability and sustainability are optimized through the Shell MEC Living Program.You will also be integral in the long-term Business Plan development by driving the Reliability Improvement Strategies and Plans for the Site and Production Teams. This will include capability development of technical expertise in the areas of Reliability to nurture a High Reliability Organization culture. You will effectively and efficiently deliver your team activities, ensuring continuous learning and improvement is applied to achieve the Site's short and long-term business objectives.What's the role? Key Challenges:The Reliability team has increased in both capacity and capability to accelerate the Site's progress in resolving key reliability issues through enhanced problem solving and extensive application of the MTO and MEC processes. To start strong and deliver this capability seamlessly, visible leadership sponsorship, strong delivery by the team and continuous coaching of the organization towards holistic sustainable solutions is required.What do we need from you?
