Responsibilities: The primary role & responsibility of the Member Business Practices and Compliance is to actively represent Malaysia & Singapore Member Business Practices and Compliance departments which guide the Member organization in conforming to the rules for member conduct set out by the Corporation. The principle focus of this position is to ensure that Members understand and embrace Herbalife Nutrition's rules so that Members understand what is required and expected of them. To provide training and educate the Members related to their business according to sensible and ethical business practices and to maintain the highest standard of fairness and integrity in running their business.This person is responsible for researching, investigating and working with Members, Member's upline(s), local management, Regional and Home Office of MPC Department and any other relevant department pertaining to Member's Rules of Conduct and Sales and Marketing Plan violations.This person is responsible to review, localize, proofread translation for any rules/policies updates received from Home Office and launch the updated rules/policies within target timeline.This person is responsible to review materials created to ensure the content is consistent and comply with Members Rules of Conduct.This person is required to conduct virtual / physical Nutrition Club visit to provide coaching or education as MPC representative to NC operator and prepare NC visiting report update for management review. Travel to other region in the country is required.This person is required to conduct training and prepare training materials to the Members as well as internal staff to educate them on the proper Rules of Conduct.This person is required to complete all clerical responsibilities associated with the above, including but not limited to letter / email / phone correspondence, general filing and computer work. Qualifications: University Graduate or equivalent with minimum three years relevant working experience, and ideally within Customer/Member Services in Multi-level Marketing Selling industry.A positive, outgoing personality (especially attitude, enthusiasm and flexibility) with the ability to work effectively, as a team, with co-workers as well as all levels of managementMust be self-motivated and highly attentive to detail and follow upExcellent verbal & written communication skills in BM, Chinese and English. Knowledge in other dialects would be a plus.Good in presentation & communication skills Excellent administrative and analytical skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsExcellent problem-solving skillsHands on computer skills (knowledge of MS Office is a plus)The ability to work flexible hours (some Saturdays, some Sundays and overtime)The ability to work independently under deadline pressure while maintaining a positive, professional attitude in a very fast-paced environment.The ability to travel as and when required.
