Senior Retail Associate (Luxury)

Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every client interaction reflects the brand's luxury standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including VIP customers, to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Drive sales to achieve individual and store KPIs, using product knowledge to make tailored recommendations.
Assist in maintaining the store's visual merchandising standards, ensuring the presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
Support store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and maintaining cleanliness.
Mentor and guide junior staff members to develop their skills and uphold service excellence.
Handle escalated customer queries and ensure effective problem resolution.
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity to enhance client interactions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in luxury retail, preferably in a Senior Sales Associate or similar role.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred to engage effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Strong understanding of luxury fashion, market trends, and clientele techniques.
Team-oriented with the ability to mentor and support junior staff members.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain high visual and operational standards.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
