Senior Sales & Application Specialist

Job Description:
To expand company sales by developing new accounts and new product sales in all market segments assigned by management.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers.
Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets, negotiating the terms of agreements, and closing sales.
To serve existing customers' needs, manage daily activities, and provide necessary weekly sales progress reports.
To establish and maintain regular personal contact with all relevant decision-makers and key influencers to drive and deliver the operating plan.
Organize and conduct product presentations and training for potential and existing customers.
Conduct demonstrations for the product represented.
Review own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed sales and budget targets.
Prepare cost calculations, submit quotations, and all the necessary documentation required to close sales.
Attend all necessary sales training conducted by management.
Follow up for collection of payment and ensure all demo equipment is returned to the Company without damage.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Medical Science/Biomedical Engineering/Neuroscience.
Preferably candidates with a minimum of 4 years' sales working experience in the Healthcare/Medical industry.
Experience in operating theater/surgical/microscope/neuro-monitoring background would be an added advantage.
Ability to persuade and influence others.
Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
Must be willing to travel and possess own vehicle.
Ability to work with minimum supervision.
