Senior Sales/Business Development ExecutiveResponsibilities:
Analyse the market, competition, technology and developments & identify potential customers; making cold calls for business opportunities.
Data compilation and report generation i.e distributor stock holding and sell out data.
Generate internal reports for the commercial teams to follow up.
Effective communication on marketing promotion and sales activities via calls or emails to all customers.
Regular communication with distributors' sales reps; obtain feedback on results and compile the progress for review with GSM.
Be the Key Account person for CES/IT Channel within Klang Valley (includes order proposing, payment collection and manage stocks return).
Build good relationships with distributors assigned and key retailers to grow the business.
Able to drive distribution expansion in CES/IT channel as well as negotiate for listing on key chains.
Execute promotions and 5Ps strategies within budget allocated.
Engagement with retailers or distributors.
Be involved in store coverage, merchandising, space negotiation and in-store execution excellence where necessary.
Effectively manage the customers' stock holding and aging SKUs.
Able to drive down key distributors stock holding by executing the plan.
Requirements:
Experience:At least 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or distributor management within Consumer Electronics, FMCG, or related industries.
Hands-on experience in distributor management; GT/MT channel knowledge is advantageous.
Education:Diploma or above in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or related field.
Prior experience in FMCG / Consumer Electronics products / IT / Locksmith or Car Accessories Channel.
Positive and can-do attitude, strong work ethics and discipline, results-oriented, willing to walk extra miles.
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin as liaison with China counterparts is required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
