GoPomelo is currently looking for a Senior Cloud Sales to manage and develop new business opportunities for GoPomelo Cloud Services and solutions in Kuala Lumpur and across South East Asia.
We require a proactive attitude for this position.
Other roles included in this job are as follows:
Work towards a sales target as agreed with the Sales Director for New Business, Consulting Services, Managed Services, and Renewal opportunities.
Identify & qualify sales opportunities - identify key customer technical objections and develop a strategy to resolve technical impediments to closing sales transactions.
Manage pipeline and sales activities - ensure that best practices in terms of the enterprise sales process are being adhered to for all opportunities.
Connect and build relationships with key client representatives on deals in mature stages.
Coordinate Technical solution validation - work closely with the GoPomelo Customer Engineering Team to drive technical solutions, including supporting bid responses, product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination of supporting technical resources.
Collaborate with and update relevant partner solution providers.
Ensure that our pipeline communication is up to date on whatever their preferred platform is and as per best practice.
Engage the Partner Solution Teams in marketing activities such as events, Google groups, VITO, online marketing, etc.
Develop product expertise - become knowledgeable in the business benefits of all products and solutions held by GoPomelo in different partner cloud solutions through ongoing personal development, maintaining certifications, and staying up to date on all technical aspects.
Customer Success Services - coordinate deployment and post-deployment work as required.
Develop relationships and manage customer accounts:
Provide continued value to your customers and rapid responses to any customer requests.
Support any post-deployment requirements, including upgrades and communication management with the technical team.
