ResponsibilitiesSupervise and provide guidance for a team of sales coordinators.
Coordinate with the customer on delivery arrangements such as rescheduling requests, cancellation requests, etc.
Work with interdepartmental teams on sales-related matters.
Process Purchase Orders and ensure timely receipt of confirmed sales orders.
Assist in logistic arrangements, e.g., sample/document shipping arrangements.
Provide administrative support such as e-filing of sales documents to ensure audit compliance.
Prepare sales reports for the sales team.
Process sample requests from customers.
Maintain and regularly update customers' database to maximize customer relationship management.
Handle and attend to customer inquiries and complaints.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Job RequirementsMinimum Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Sales and Marketing, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales administration and coordination.
Customer service-oriented.
Proactive team player with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines.
Meticulous, efficient, enthusiastic, and resourceful.
