Senior Sales Cum Customer Service Executive (Salary up to RM8,000 - Penang)Develop new business by prospecting and following up on leads and referrals within existing and new markets.
Industry networking and relationship building.
Regular outdoor sales activities.
Customer Service for Customers.
Liaising with Operations team for Import/Export arrangements.
Manage, handle & participate in Events/Exhibitions/Fairs.
Oversee & support Penang in sales activities.
Travelling as and when required for overseas business trips and events.
Any other related functions to shipments coordination and ad-hoc duties.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma preferably in logistics, supply chain or business studies.
At least3 years' sales or customer serviceexperience in thelogistics/freight forwarding/racking/packaging or FMCG industriesare encouraged to apply.
Knowledge in CCN/Customs Regulations / Valuable Cargo / Incoterms would be an added advantage.
Experience in international movements of cargo, freight forwarding or logistics industry.
Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin (due to some clients being from China).
Service focused and customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, analytical and able to perform with minimal supervision.
Equally motivated by working independently as well as collaborating in a team.
Cheerful and pleasant disposition.
Able to travel overseas.
