About Our Client
One of the key players in the home appliances industry which serves hotels, hospitals, and educational institutions.
Job Description
Sales Performance:Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, market research, and customer referrals.
Channel Management:Manage the existing key partners and acquire new partners.
Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Elevate relationships with top accounts to strategic partnerships by building trust, becoming an advisor, and working towards shared goals and mutual benefits.
Market and Product Knowledge:Stay up-to-date on product offerings, industry trends, and competitive activities.
Sales Planning & Forecasting:Develop and implement a sales plan that aligns with the company's strategic objectives.
Collaboration & Teamwork:Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Negotiation & Closing Deals:Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and payment conditions with clients.
The Successful Applicant
Minimum undergraduate education.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
Knowledge in selling through distributors.
Experience in managing distributor and end-user relationships.
Languages: Mother tongue with full working proficiency in both written and spoken English required.
