If you are passionate about modern and general trade and thrive in a dynamic environment, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:Market Coverage:Proactively engage with Modern & Traditional stores, including hardware and construction supplies, to promote the diverse range of ASSA ABLOY products.Build strong relationships with store owners and personnel to ensure effective product placement and visibility.Sell-Out Generation and Turnover Facilitation:Implement strategies to generate sell-out for both YALE and STGuchi products.Work closely with distributors (TOSO) to facilitate seamless turnover, ensuring optimal product availability and customer satisfaction.Identify and establish partnerships with new channel partners, including Dealers, sub-dealers, and retailers.Foster strong and collaborative relationships to expand the distribution network and increase market penetration.Trade and Product Marketing Campaigns:Devise and execute impactful trade and product marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative and targeted campaigns that resonate with the target audience.To-Market Activities:Conduct compelling product presentations to local architects, contractors, and developers.Showcase the unique features and benefits of ASSA ABLOY products, influencing brand preferences and driving product adoption.Market Insights:Regularly collect and submit relevant market information, including updates on competitors, pricing trends, and insights gathered from discussions with channel partners.Utilize gathered data to inform strategic decision-making and adapt sales approaches to market dynamics.Reporting and Updates:Provide accurate and timely reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics as required by the Sales Manager.Ensure that reports contribute to a comprehensive understanding of the market landscape and potential areas for improvement.Collaboration with Sales Manager:Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategies for sustainable growth.Actively participate in discussions to align sales activities with overarching business goals.Key Requirement:Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of working experience in building material hardware retail sector is preferred.Exhibit strong problem-solving skills, adept at tackling challenges and finding effective solutions.Possess good networks with retailers.Excellent communication, articulation and presentation skills.Possess excellent interpersonal skills, effectively collaborating within a team, while maintaining meticulous attention to detail in independent work.#J-18808-Ljbffr
