Job Responsibilities:-1. Sales and Business Development- Identify potential customers and sales opportunities within the vape industry.- Actively seek out new business through cold calls, networking, and market research.- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.- Install relevant company Point of Sales material such as posters, calendars, A3 size menu card and etc2. Client Relationship Management- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.- Address client inquiries and provide product information, pricing, and support as needed.- Respond to and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.- Maintain and improve our current relationship with all our existing dealers during normal visit or service visit.3. Product Knowledge- Provide training to our dealers / their staffs regarding product knowledge, product authentication, and warranty acceptance and claim procedures.- Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the vape industry.- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's vape product offerings and their features.- Be prepared to answer questions and provide guidance on product selection.4. Sales Targets- Set and work towards sales targets and objectives established by the company.- Monitor and report on sales performance, making necessary adjustments to achieve or exceed targets.5. Market Research- Stay informed about competitors and market conditions.- Collect and analyze market data to identify opportunities and threats.- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams.6. Sales Support- Arrange and display company products in the Led Lightbox in accordance with company guideline- Collect and return warranty to the said dealers- Using business tracker to submit weekly report to the company- Attend weekly company meeting together with the team lead to raise issues and problems during serviceCollaborate with the sales support team to ensure orders are processed and delivered efficiently.
