CINEMAGICA, presented by Goldenduck, an Ultimate Residential Entertainment and Automation Solutions, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and strong problem-solving skills.
These skills are essential for sales executives to overcome obstacles, stay adaptable and flexible, and achieve their sales targets and quotas.
As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts, fostering relationships with partners and dealers, and contributing to our growth and success.
SALES EXECUTIVE
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for sales management and prospecting for clients to drive business growth and revenue (B2B & B2C).
Identify and pursue potential customers and/or dealers through various sales channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective customers and/or dealers to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all product and service offerings of the Company, leveraging product information to upsell and cross-sell as needed.
Attending enquiries from online and offline channels, convert leads into sales by resolving customers' concerns and guiding them through the purchasing process.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with customers to secure deals while maintaining profitability for the company.
Provide ongoing support to existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for improvement.
Set and track sales goals, and implement strategies for driving growth.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align efforts, leverage resources, and maximize sales opportunities.
Perform any other duties/assignments as assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in sales, preferably in sound systems, audio-visual, home entertainment, or a related industry.
Strong sales skills with a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Proactive, open-minded, and adaptable with a positive attitude.
Strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
Team-oriented, with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, and adapt to meet team needs.
Proficient in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
Well-groomed with a pleasant personality and positive attitude.
Must possess own transportation and willingness to travel as required.
