Senior Sales Executive

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
You will do so by identifying key business opportunities and segmented prospects.
Your goal will be to meet or exceed our annual quota and increase our revenue.
Responsibilities
To develop and implement sales strategies to promote and sell books in e-commerce platforms, distributors, schools, and other target markets.
To identify sales opportunities within new and existing markets and to set sales targets including niche segments to grow revenue.
To build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, including distributors, wholesalers, and institutions.
To conduct analysis on sales data to identify market trends, new book releases, and industry developments to identify gaps in the market and potential opportunities for growth.
To understand client needs, preferences and feedback for book selections as such regularly assess satisfaction, and resolve issues to adjust the sales strategy accordingly.
To generate reports to track sales performance, revenue, and other key metrics including preparing regular monthly basis reports for management.
To work closely with marketing, product development, and editorial teams to align sales efforts with the company's publishing strategy.
To coordinate with the logistics and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, orequivalent experience
3 - 5 years' of sales experience
Proven history meeting or exceeding quota and closing sales#J-18808-Ljbffr
