KEY RESPONSIBILITIESBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients across key industries (i.e. semiconductor, aerospace).Provide tailored product solutions based on client needs and industry requirements. Organise regular client meetings, site visits and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and uncover additional business opportunities. Prepare detailed and accurate quotations, pricing proposals and product presentations for clients.Ensure all sales documents, contracts are prepared and finalised within company guidelines and timelines. Identify and assess new market opportunities, including emerging trends in the aluminium industries. Collaborate closely with internal sales team and other departments (i.e. operations, purchasing and logistics, finance).Conduct competitive analysis to understand market positioning and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Lead high-level negotiations with clients to close sales deals that meet company profitability and client satisfaction targets.Ensure the sales pipeline is actively managed, with regular reporting on deal stages and progress. Drive post-sale activities, including follow-up on deliveries and coordination with logistics to meet client timelines. Provide reports to superior, outlining sales performance, market trends, client feedback and upcoming opportunities.
