Senior Sales Executive (Johor)

We are currently looking for a talented Senior Sales Executive for an European MNC that specializes in manufacturing and distributing Plastic and Paper products.Reporting to: Sales Manager
Location: Johor
Excellent employee compensation and benefitsthe roleSeek out new customers and manage sales order processes.
Manage shipping and export documentation for international sales.
Ensure timely delivery of ordered goods.
Collaborate with relevant departments to provide post-delivery or after-sales services to customers.
Handle customer feedback and complaints.
Manage non-conforming products, including addressing customer rejections.
Prepare and analyze statistical reports based on set quality objectives.
Investigate issues and propose corrective or improvement actions when necessary.
Present sales performance reports during management review meetings.
Provide input for risk and opportunity assessments.the requirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent sales training or experience.
Availability for regular business travel within Johor
Business-to-business sales experience in the relevant industries.
