Responsibilities:
Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers.
Sell the company's products or services to customers within your given territory.
Build and maintain a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily.
Meet sales targets as set by the management.
Customer Satisfaction:
Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
Communicate with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identify and suggest products and services to meet those needs.
Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolve any issues that may arise post-sale.
Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally.
Maintain communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
Requirements:
Degree in Marketing / Business Administration.
3 to 5 years' working experience in sales with a good track record.
Good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills; good business acumen and the ability to adapt to the dynamic business environment.
Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining retail and marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and their requirements.
Computer literate and experienced with reporting.
Possess own transport, willing to travel within Sarawak area.
Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Able to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
