BHD. as a full-time Senior Sales Development Executive! In this role, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the Petaling Jaya, Selangor region. What you'll be doing
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion within the baby and maternity sectors.
Identify, manage, and secure existing and new accounts while maintaining a high level of sales achievement.
Present and demonstrate the company's products and services to potential customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions for client needs.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and sales agreements.
Monitor and report on sales performance, target customers, and other key metrics.
Achieve sales targets, KPIs, and objectives set by management.
Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or issues.
Work with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Analyze sales performance data and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
Ensure effective merchandising and product placement in department stores to maximize sales opportunities.
Manage pricing strategies, discounts, and promotions to drive product sales and meet revenue goals.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Help coordinate media and KOL partnerships for product seeding and coverage of launches.
Collaborate with non-sales channels to enhance brand growth and awareness.
What we're looking for
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the sales industry; experience in the baby and maternity sector is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of Kuala Lumpur's retail landscape and distribution channels in the baby and maternity sector is advantageous.
Willingness to learn various skills, including presentation and selling techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities to overcome objections and close deals.
Familiarity with sales techniques and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Self-motivated and driven, able to work independently to achieve sales targets.
Degree or relevant qualification in a sales-related field.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage E-commerce Platforms: Oversee and optimize our presence on Lazada and Shopee, focusing on visibility, engagement, and sales performance.
Content Management: Create and curate compelling product listings, descriptions, and multimedia content to enhance attractiveness on Lazada and Shopee.
Sales and Promotion: Develop and execute effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and feedback from customers.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to identify growth opportunities and optimize strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives and align strategies with broader company objectives.
Manage ads for E-commerce Marketplaces: Create strategy plans for the e-commerce with the proposed budget, executing it to drive sales.
Update and Maintain Product Catalog: Ensure accurate and up-to-date product listings across all e-commerce platforms, including the company website, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and others.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize strong data analysis skills to track, forecast, and report key store metrics for each e-commerce platform. Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven strategies to achieve KPIs.
Requirements:
Prior experience in managing e-commerce platforms, particularly Lazada and Shopee.
Live hosting experience is an advantage.
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
Creativity and ability to tailor content.
Proactive, dynamic, and capable of working independently.
