To achieve individual sales targets & company's annual budgeted property sales target.
Attend & respond to project sales inquiries through various channels including telephone, website, social media, email, banners, buntings, walk-ins, and promotional activities.
Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and events to generate new prospects and leads to meet sales targets.
Assist in organizing upcoming project sales launches, documentation, marketing activities, and promotional materials.
Establish, maintain and grow excellent relationships with existing and new customers or prospects.
To liaise with purchasers, solicitors, end-financiers on SPA, end financing and other related matters.
Maintain a high level of knowledge about existing products and sales packages, further providing valuable feedback & contribution on the product development process.
Conduct continuous market research reports on competitors, market trends on products and sales packages.
To submit reports as required by superior.
Attend ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management.
Job Requirements
Minimum diploma in any discipline.
At least 3 years of working experience in property consultation and sales will be an added advantage.
Willing to work during weekends and public holidays.
Fluency in both written and spoken English; proficiency in Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin and local dialects is an added advantage.
Superior interpersonal and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Communicate effectively and professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to take initiative and work independently.
