Job DescriptionStrategise and set goals for the team.
Be able to walk the talk independently, and guide and advise the team on:
Achieving personal targets and assist the team to achieve group target for extra incentives.Sign up merchant brands in F&B, Retail, Entertainment, Health & Beauty, and E-Commerce.
Close deals faster via Email / Calls / WhatsApp / FB / Zoom. Travel is optional unless necessary.
Negotiate for best offers persuasively and tactfully.
Cross-sell & upsell various financial products & marketing services.
Maintain good relationships with merchants and provide excellent service at all times.
Executing with the team to achieve sales targets.

Job RequirementsAt least 10 years' experience in Sales and Marketing/Business/Telemarketing or relevant field.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any field.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese.
Required Skill(s): Ms Office.
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Sales/Business Development or equivalent.
