HIRING IMMEDIATELY Negeri @ NEGIRI SEMBILAN - SALES MANAGER / SALES SENIOR MANAGER (BATERY INDUSTRY)- MINIMUM 10 YEARS EXPERIENCE REPORTING & EMPLOYMENT UNDER - Singapore Office WORKING LOCATION - Malaysia ,Sungai Gadut, NSDK RESPONSIBILITIES 1) Business Development: ? Identify and prospect new business opportunities (BOs) within the small and medium-sized battery market.
? Research and identify potential customers, understand their needs, analyze competition structure, and propose suitable products.
? Conduct meetings with potential clients/customers to present offerings and negotiate deals.
2) Sales Management: ? Manage the sales process from purchase order (PO) acquisition to demand management.
? Oversee bond management and collection processes.
? Supervise CRM activities to maintain customer relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.
3) Sales Strategy Development and Execution: ? Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to each customer's needs and market dynamics.
? Execute customer Product Portfolio Strategy, Price Strategy, and Promotion Strategy to maximize sales and market penetration.
SALARY RANGE MYR 8,000 to MYR 10,000 Requirements REQUIREMENTS 1) Experience and Education: ? Minimum 10 years of experience in senior sales roles within the battery industry or related sectors.
? Bachelor's degree or higher in management, marketing, or a related field.
A degree with a focus on battery technology are preffered ? Proven track record of at least 5 years in selling B2B products, ideally within the battery industry.
2) Skills: ? Excellent reporting, presentation, and communication skills.
? Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends, competition, and customer needs.
? Proficiency in English is required for international business dealings.
3) Additional Qualifications: ? Familiarity with battery technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
? Strategic thinking and ability to execute complex sales strategies effectively.
? Leadership skills to manage and mentor sales teams effectively.
4) Work Environment: ? The position may involve travel to meet clients/customers and attend industry events.
