Overview:
We are a pre-established hospital in Penang, and we are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy Development:
• Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Analyze market trends, competitors activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and development.
2. Team Leadership and Management:
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
• Provide guidance and support to enhance team performance, productivity, and professional development.
3. Client and Partner Relations: • Build and maintain strong relationships with private hospital specialists, clients, healthcare providers, and industry partners.
• Understand private hospital specialists and client needs and tailor solutions to address their specific requirements, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Sales Performance Monitoring: • Track and analyze sales performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to senior management.
5. Collaboration and Communication: • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
6. Compliance and Ethics: • Ensure that all sales activities comply with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
• Promote a culture of integrity and professionalism within the sales team.
Qualifications:
• Pharmaceutical sales related working experience at least 10 years
• Familiar with Penang private hospitals.
• Good experience and good relationship dealing with private hospitals specialists.
• Proven experience in a senior sales management role within the healthcare sector.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare industry trends, products, and regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies and plans.
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Results-driven with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
