The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in the hospitality and tourism management industry.
What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to reach new clients and expand our customer base
Managing and motivating a team of sales professionals to ensure they are delivering exceptional service and meeting their sales goals
Identifying new business opportunities and initiating contact with potential clients
Negotiating and closing sales contracts with clients, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction
Analysing sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience
Representing the company at industry events and conferences
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the hospitality and tourism management industry
Demonstrated success in leading and motivating a sales team to achieve targets
Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and best practices
Those who are able to communicate in Mandarin / Cantonese will be at an added advantage
Current local hotel leisure and wholesale market familiarity, strongly preferred
