Senior Sales & Marketing Manager

Requirements:Candidate must possess Bachelor or Higher Degree in Marketing/Business Administration.
At least 3 to 5 years in sales & Marketing experience, preferable with International Market.
Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize & prioritize work
Proficient in both written & verbal skills
Pro-active, Self-motivated, energetic & enthusiastic.Responsibilities:- Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs.
- Developing field sales action plans.
- Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
- Responsible for overall achievement of sales target.
- Excellent writing & presentation skills.
