Job Description Represents organization in providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects. Interacts with senior external personnel on significant technical matters often requiring coordination between organizations. Strong ownership and positive attitude on business development. Capable of handling bidding proceduresand strategic planfor solution selling.
Duties & Responsibilities Responsibilities - Promote and sell John Crane products in accordance with the company policy, pricing guidelines and regulations Identify business opportunities and come out proposal Achieve sales target and demonstrating strong driving result on business Value proposition, contract & agreement created Acting an internal leader for helping new sales teammates. Provide guideline for customers on how to use and apply our products. Be actively involved in the delivery of goods, invoicing and collections on payment from the customers Provide monthly report activity Prepare quotation of John Crane products for customers under account Build good rapport with customers Perform other duties as assigned from time to time by the supervisor Acting a good interface between company internal and external customers. Well communication with internal and external stakeholders Capable of involving site work Ad hoc, flexible to face any contingency plan, take assigned activities organized The Individual Skills & Experience - Diploma/bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with at least 5 years' experience in similar capacity At least 5 years of working experience in Mechanical field, expose to O&G petrochemical industry and basic of industry standard and API exposure. Familiar with Business development in East Malaysia. Familiar with customers in on-shore and off-shore. Sound knowledge of rotating and process equipment, knowledge of mechanical seals, rotating equipment and turbomachinery would be an advantage. Can understand and communicate both written and spoken English in fluent. Capable of drafting report & proposal and presentation. Capable of conducting training to the clients.
