Monitor market trends and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies.
Evaluate the performance of Sales Managers and provide constructive feedback and solutions.
Propose to the management any new business opportunity in the related field.
Increase sales turnover & profitability of the showroom center.
Any other tasks as may be assigned by the superior.
Service Manager ResponsibilitiesOversee & supervise overall operations of the service center across the region.
Ensure all standard guidelines & procedures are followed & implemented.
Lead, organize & manage day-to-day functions of the service center to achieve unit intake & target performance set by the management.
Increase sales turnover & profitability of the service center.
Meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets as set by the Company.
