Job Summary:
The Account Specialist (Sales) will manage a diverse portfolio focused on packaging solutions, including heat seal packaging, packaging adhesives, barrier coatings, and custom solution products. This role is responsible for meeting the needs of key accounts across multiple dimensions, coordinating resources within the organization to deliver tailored, value-added solutions.
Key Responsibilities Develop an in-depth understanding of the customer's business, including their strategy, product lines, key decision-makers, organizational structure, new initiatives, and critical challenges.Create and execute strategic Account Plans, leveraging relevant resources, including regional teams, to drive sales growth across various customer segments.Take full ownership of implementing Account Business Plans, utilizing internal systems for call planning, customer identification, contact management, account strategy, and follow-up on customer needs. Master the CRM platform, actively using it to manage prospects, accounts, contact activities, tasks, opportunities, and all sales-related activities.Build and foster strong relationships with customers while also enhancing internal engagement at all organizational levels (top-to-top connections).Lead customer-centric initiatives, including opportunity management, customer-focused events, product demonstrations, joint sales calls, and sample management.Maintain comprehensive customer intelligence, proactively staying updated on changes within customer organizations and key strategies. Remain informed on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.Achieve or exceed set targets for sales growth, profitability, and pipeline development, while managing sales forecasts and meeting CRM adoption goals. Position Requirements & Key Abilities: Bachelor's degree in science, chemistry, business, or a related field.At least 4~8 years of direct experience as a Technical Sales Service in Adhesive or Sealants is mandatory. Proven ability to engage effectively with customers across all levels of their organization, including senior management.Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain internal and external relationships that support customer needs.Analytical mindset with robust problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in both written and spoken English, as well as the local language.
