Senior Sem Specialist

-Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage paid search campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search networks.


-Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, ensuring relevance and alignment with overall marketing goals.


-Ad Copy and Optimization: Develop and test ad copy, landing pages, and call-to-action elements for maximum conversion. Continuously monitor and optimize for click-through rates (CTR), quality scores, and cost per click (CPC).


-Bid Management: Adjust bids to optimize campaigns based on performance and ensure spending efficiency.


-Budget Management: Track daily budget, forecast monthly costs, and achieve maximum ROI within allocated budgets.


-Performance Analytics: Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tools to analyze campaign performance and generate reports. Evaluate campaign success and provide actionable insights.


-A/B Testing: Develop and implement A/B testing strategies for ads, landing pages, and targeting options to improve performance.


-Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to understand industry trends, and use this data to refine our SEM strategy.


-Collaboration: Work closely with the SEO, content, and social media teams to ensure cohesive digital marketing efforts.

; Requirements:-


-Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).


-Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEM, with a proven track record of success.


-Skills:


-Proficiency in SEM tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, etc.


-Excellent analytical and reporting skills.


-Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects. 

Preferred Skills:



-Experience with A/B testing, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).


-Knowledge of additional marketing channels like social media, email marketing, and content marketing.


-Certification in Google Analytics, or Google Ads is a plus.
