We are growing and we're looking for talent to come onboard our Marketing team as aSenior Organic Performance Specialistbased in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This is a fully remote position.
MissionYour mission is to grow and scale MoneySmart Singapore's organic search profile. You will work closely with the Organic Performance Manager to execute SEO strategies and initiatives that meet set KPIs and ensure that we drive significant session volume and engagement for our unpaid marketing channels. You will also be conducting in-depth market research and applying SEO best practices for MoneySmart financial products.
This role will be reporting to the Organic Performance Manager who is based in our Singapore HQ.
ResponsibilitiesConduct regular keyword research, site audits, and competitor analysis to generate actionable recommendations and improvements for MoneySmart SG.
Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to optimise the website and increase its visibility, rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates.
Diagnose and troubleshoot SEO problems and provide corresponding optimisation plans to resolve issues.
Support the Organic Performance Manager in driving collective growth for unpaid marketing channels such as organic, social, direct, and referral.
Support and manage stakeholders to ensure marketing objectives and business objectives specific to unpaid channels are met.
Collaborate with editorial, design, product, and technical teams to implement SEO strategies and ensure SEO best practices are observed in MoneySmart.
Regularly present and share data to the wider team on marketing initiatives, search landscape, and other macro news affecting business KPIs.
Stay on top of news and trends about the consumers and personal finance space in Singapore.
Requirements2-3 years of relevant experience in search engine optimisation with a proven track record of success. Experience in handling aggregator, eCommerce, or fintech sites is preferred.
Strong knowledge of On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO. Must be able to measure and report on the performance of SEO success.
In-depth understanding of search algorithms and trends.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and website development best practices.
Familiarity with using industry tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work both independently as well as with different cross-functional teams.
