You will join a dynamic team with a focus on ServiceNow and IT Service Management, driving the adoption of the ServiceNow capabilities across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Participate in process and requirement gathering workshops to understand business needs.Identify opportunities for automation and continuous service improvement.Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.Implement new functionalities across various ServiceNow applications.Manage and support the full development lifecycle.Work with the product owner and platform architect to ensure technical governance and standardization.Provide assistance to junior developers and support the platform administrator with technical development, incident management, and defect resolution.Convince us with your potential!Minimum of 3 years' experience in ServiceNow development, administration, or a similar ITSM platform.Experience with or a strong willingness to adapt to agile development methodologies.Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, or a related technical field is preferred.Experienced with workflow design and automation.Ability to thrive in international and multicultural team environments.Fluent in both spoken and written English.ITIL & ServiceNow certifications are a plus.Experience as a Product Owner is advantageous.Familiarity with ServiceNow CSM, CMDB, CSDM, SPM, Demand Management, and integrations is a plus.Do you have questions?We look forward to receiving your complete application documents stating your earliest start date.Get empowered by NTT DATA Business Solutions!Norshafina ZainuddinTel.
