Senior Site Quantity Surveyor

Preparing and analysing detailed cost estimates, budgets and financial reports for construction projects.
Conducting site visits and measurements to verify the accuracy of project quantities.
Negotiating and managing subcontractor and supplier contracts.
Monitor and control project costs to ensure expenditures are kept within the project budget.
Responsible for claims and cost management.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Manage Government Job (JKR).
LocationUNIMAP Pauh, Perlis(based on site) .
What we're looking for
Minimum of 3 years of experienced as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within the construction industry
Extensive knowledge of construction contracts, cost management, and quantity surveying principles.
Proficiency in using MS Office, AutoCad.
Have full working rights for Malaysia.
Required language(s):Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalents.
