Job ResponsibilitiesAssist immediate superior in delegating work to subordinates, coordination of work with sub-contractors, and monitor works for compliance with required specification standards.
Control of work execution in accordance to safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
Planning for daily construction operations.
Monitor progress and determine actions to mitigate delays.
Check work quality at all stages.
Maintain daily work records for submission to section engineers.
Liaise with plant division and foreman on site requirements and conditions.
Arrange resources and site for day-to-day work.
Arrange for necessary inspections by the client at every stage of works.
Any other duties assigned by top management from time to time.
