Senior Site Supervisor

Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying or equivalent
Minimum 5 years and above experience
Gender Preferred: Male Only
Required computer skill(s): Microsoft Project, MS Office
High integrity, self-motivated, able to work independently and disciplined
Good communication skills, present pleasant attitude and co-operative
Genuine interest in Construction Works
Willing to travel and work in outstation
Able to communicate in English and MalayJob Description:
To take instruction from the Management or the Project Manager for site works
To plan, co-ordinate and monitor all site activities
To manage work for site each day general labourers
To receive & record material delivery
To check and ensure all material delivered are counted and correct in quantity
To manage material protection from sun, rain and thefts
To prepare daily and monthly site progress report
To record dayworks by direct general labourers and rental machineries
To prepare or verify sub-contractor monthly claims
Conduct site meetings with sub-contractors and consultantsJob Info & Requirement:
