Responsibilities: Collaborate with Product Management and Products Engineering teams to design, develop, and maintain our healthcare application platform.Conduct business requirement analysis, system design, coding, integration, testing, and documentation.Troubleshoot and resolve development issues to ensure smooth progress.Contribute to Product Iteration planning and review activities.Work closely with Team Leader and Scrum Master throughout the development process.Ensure sprint and release commitments are met on time.Uphold quality control processes and coding guidelines.Participate in process improvement initiatives.Prototype new applications or features.Address Production Defects and perform Project Implementation tasks as needed.Fulfill any other duties assigned by the Reporting Officer or HOD.Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.Minimum 4 years of experience with MVC, CakePHP, JQuery, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, and JasperSever.At least 2 years of full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience; Scrum experience is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and planning abilities.Proven track record of delivering projects cost-effectively.Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies preferred.Self-motivated with a positive attitude towards independent and collaborative work.If you are passionate about leveraging technology to improve healthcare outcomes and possess the required skills and experience, we'd love to hear from you!
