This job is for a Senior Solution Consultant who acts as the main client contact for implementing projects and understanding their needs.

The Solution Consultants will be the focal point for clients for project implementation and understanding their key requirements and specifications for full cycle project implementation.
ResponsibilitiesInitiate system requirement gathering and perform the necessary analysis.
Connect with clients to understand the scope of the project, their workflow, system specifications, and processes.
Advise customers on process flow and technology updates.
Identify and perform gap analysis.
Perform data transformation and migration.
Conduct system training for end users.
Provide business application support to customers.
Consult customers on system functionality and change requests.
Report directly to the Project Manager to provide updates on plans, progress, and results.
Job RequirementsPossess a Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent.
Experience in Property system or ERP System Implementation and solutions.
At least 2-3 years of working experience in the implementation and support of business applications and solutions.
Understanding of the business domain in Finance (accounting system) or Property Sales with Billing (Credit Control) and Accounting would be a great advantage.
Ability to troubleshoot application-related issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently.
Knowledge and experience in databases will be an added advantage.
Always curious, a problem solver, and enjoy investigating the root cause for solutions.
