Senior Sourcing Manager

Job responsibilities
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize the supply chain.
Identify and onboard strategic suppliers capable of meeting quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure favourable terms and conditions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular reviews to drive continuous improvement and mitigate risks.
Lead cost-saving initiatives and drive projects to achieve cost reductions without compromising quality or delivery.
Stay informed about market trends, industry regulations, and technological advancements relevant to sourcing and supply chain management.
Provide guidance and support to ensure team success and professional growth.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in supply chain management or related discipline
Ideally 8 or more years of experience of strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, within a engineering manufacturing.
Experience with international sourcing and global supply chain management
Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001, etc) and regulatory requirements
Proficient in both Mandarin and English languages for business needs
Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g. CPSM) or equivalent as plus bonus
