Job Description In your new role you will: Order handling by checking the contents of the sample orders (e.g quantity, price, notes, technical status); - If the order is not containing the correct information, clarification & adaption with marketing, Sales or RSM; 1st confirmation and if necessary the update of the planned delivery data for the customer in the defined tool; Inventory maintenance of the internationally samples storages with the focus to reach/keep the defined stock level; - If the samples are not available in the samples storage, ordering of the goods in the production sites, e.g.
via SAP; Ensure a clean & updated product portfolio visible for sales and distributors by aligning with Product Marketing considering market demand as well as product lifecycle; General Communication with international Sales, Marketing & Development teams to ensure time efficient sampling to the customer; Preparation of information's to support decision and escalations flow; DIV representative in samples process core team (Sales, Operations, Quality management, Engineering Sample Service) as process and tool expert with the target of the continuously process optimization; Use standardized processes and reports for operational and strategic activities and to drive improvement activities; Leverage data to make autonomous decisions.
Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Any relevant study including the educationally background e.g.
in area of economics, informatic, data science or technically background; Fluent English knowledge; Solid knowledge for Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel; working practically experiences with SAP of benefit; Programming skills as well as experience with data analytics and visualization, e.g.
in Tableau are beneficially; Strong team player with focus on team targets and success #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
