In your new role you will: Regional Sales and marketing Tool/Process -Subject Matter Expert responsible for managing end to end operational user support in the following areas:- Sales and Marketing Forecast planning Channel management Demand creation/Opportunity management process.
The main task includes- End User training and onboarding.
Business Process governance and user access management Business Process documentation and validation.
Troubleshooting and issue resolution (with IT support) Stakeholder Management and coordination.
Process communication.
Process Improvement/optimization.
Including testing.
Change request management support.
Support Global projects and process owners when needed.
Support internal controls and process audits when needed.
Reporting and Analysis You are best equipped for this task if you have: At least 3-5 years working experience Experience in Sales Operations, preferred in semiconductor industry, business or IT field Bachelor's degree in the field of business or IT Detailed, Self-motivated and committed to read/analyze detailed process documents to acquire knowledge on a regular basis.
Excellent analytical and communication skills Stakeholder management Excellent team player with very good interpersonal skills Familiar with enterprise systems such as CRM, BI tools and ERP Database knowledge (e.g.
know how enterprise data is structured and linked) Work experience using CRM, BI tools and ERP (e.g.
Dynamics CRM, Business Objects, Blue Yonder S&OP, MS Office, SAP ERP) #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
