Senior Specialist, Project

To track and monitor the progress of project development including analyzing the project timeline and providing recommendations for corrective actions if necessary.To carry out project management activities from planning to project implementation up to completion of works which includes preparation of reports, cash flow projection, scrutinize drawings, technical discussions, work progress monitoring and stage billing, etc.Assist in the coordination of multi-disciplinary works within project including project planning, budget and cost control, safety and quality system implementation.To coordinate and follow up with consultants and authorities on the submissions & approvals, design proposals, tender documentation, etc.To provide technical support and collaborate with the team to have a joint problem-solving approach on day-to-day issues related to quality, cost and time. Coordinate with consultants to resolve technical matters and develop effective problem solutions.Inspect construction works to ensure they are carried out in compliance with drawings, specifications, required workmanship and authorities' requirements.Check and verify the progress claims submitted by the consultants and contractors.
