Senior Specialist Supply Chain Systems & Processes

The ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors business offers high-performance opto semiconductor components and in-depth support for state-of-the-art system solutions based on innovative semiconductor light sources. The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.
Responsibilities:Maintenance of SAP Partner (Customer & Vendor) Master Data. Maintenance of SAP outputs for customers.
Manage customer and vendor master data governance. Ensure data integrity and data quality by defining rules and initiating data quality monitoring reports per master data guidelines.
Development and implementation of SAP Business Warehouse reports for Master Data extraction. Identify process improvements for master data operations, enhancing efficiency and controls.
Participate and support projects and initiatives across multiple functional areas and regions for master data topics.
Coordinate Change Requests for enhancements; drive/support unit testing/integration testing/user acceptance testing.
Actively support Knowledge Management with proper and up-to-date documentation. Perform training to end users where applicable.
Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Minimum 3 years experience in SAP Master Data Maintenance, SCM related environment, or manufacturing related environment is preferred.
Fundamental experience in project management.
Advanced knowledge in SAP ERP, Microsoft Excel, macros, and Microsoft PowerBI will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of supply chain/accounting processes.
Fundamental experiences in the use of methods like LEAN / Six Sigma / Scrum / Agile Project Management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
