Job Purpose
Perform failure analysis and coach FA team members for all products including automotive to determine root cause and to enable effective corrective actionsEnsure optimum FA equipment up-time to avoid FA result delinquency.Job Description
Perform failure analysis and coach FA team members for visual mechanical, packaging and die levels analysis for all products including automotive from internal/external requestor to determine root cause and to enable effective corrective actions.Ensure optimum equipment up-time for all FA equipment including low to medium trouble shooting.Develop FA methodology for new products and continuous FA improvement.Participate and drive the team member in FA improvement projects.QualificationsAt least 12-15 years' experience hands on all the FA equipment and able to perform physical package & die level analysis.Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Coaching FA team members on daily FA tasks.Support existing package and process technologies analytical needs,
failure analysis of internal fallouts and customer returns.Ownership of low to medium sophisticated equipment in all aspects.Ensure prioritized tasks are executed according to agreed timeline.Drive FA improvement projects.Hands on experience on at least 70% of these FA equipment: Optical Microscope/ NIR Microscope/Multitrace/TDR/C-SAM/Acid Decapsulator/ Laser Decapsulator/Polishers/Thermal Hot Spot Analysis/Precision Saw/Die Cleaving System/Photon Emission Microscope/Liquid crystal/LSIM XIVA/Digital 3D Microscope/ Curve Tracer/ SEM/EDX/FTIR/Xray/Microprobing/SMT Rework system/Precision Saw/Cross Section Toolset/Wet Chemical Etch/Reactive Ion Etch/Ion Miller/Sputte Coater/FGESEM/FIB/TEM
