Responsibilities: Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plansAdministering medications and treatments as prescribed by physiciansMonitoring patient vital signs and responding to any changes in conditionCollaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient careEducating patients and their families on health management and treatment plansMaintaining accurate patient records and documentationAdhering to healthcare regulations and protocols specific to each departmentQualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license in MalaysiaProven experience as a Staff Nurse with more than 10 years experienceStrong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures and protocolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentCompassionate and empathetic attitude towards patientsFlexibility to work in multiple departments as needed
