Senior/Staff Process Engineer (Smt/Pcba)

Support production in resolving process issues.Perform process and equipment qualifications, evaluations, and improvements.Perform daily setup of Back-of-Line equipment, wave-soldering machines, and aqueous cleaners.Set up and layout manual assembly lines.Conduct routine preventive maintenance of wave soldering machines and Back-of-Line equipment.Compile and analyze statistical data for critical processes.Create profile boards and set up profile parameters for wave soldering and reflow machines.Make decisions and take actions to support production process quality and yield.Experience in pallet/fixture design and High-Level Assembly (HLA) is advantageous.Knowledge in production line setup, NPI processes, and product transfers is beneficial.Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
