Responsibilities:Act as the HR first point of contact for the business, partnering with respective HR departments to support HR operational needs.
Drive Performance Management, Organizational Development, and Culture topics.
Understand business needs of assigned Functions and their impact on HR, developing HR strategies accordingly.
Engage early with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide recommendations and solid action plans.
Develop and implement HR projects independently.
Address HR issues and questions from Functional customers, collaborating with relevant HR departments for solutions.
Develop materials from scratch and facilitate workshops/trainings independently for Functional customers.
Identify gaps in current HR processes and provide improvement plans, including successful implementation.
Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in HR or any discipline.
8 years of generalist HR knowledge and/or experience in 2 or more areas of HR.
3 years of experience as a team member or lead in implementing HR-related projects.
3 years of experience in handling Employee/Industrial Relations topics.
Knowledge in general HR functions with specialization in multiple HR areas such as L&D, C&B, TA, ER, etc.
Basic knowledge of Labour Law, fundamentals of C&B, Recruitment Processes, and Organizational Development Tools.
Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with proficiency in Stakeholder Management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
