Senior Staff Specialist Layout Planning

In your new role you will: Factory layout planning, timely layout update and release according to production ramp plan.
Able to generate solution or proposal for layout and space management with stakeholders, including timely decision to meet ramp schedule.
Drive for site optimized Fab space efficiency performance, cross-sites benchmarking and optimized operation logistic/handling.
Support Fab expansion relevant Capital Project preparation, assessment and request.
You are best equipped for this task if you have: Minimum a bachelor degree in Engineering field.
More than 5years of experience in Layout Planning and Management in Semiconductor manufacturing industry.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, SketchUp and MS Office.
Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to deal with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and multi-tasking to handle phases of high work load.
