In your new role you will:Perform process engineering and production support in one selected assigned area of semiconductor processLead, develop evaluation plans & criteria for the continuous process improvement in process stabilityLead and support troubleshooting between Manufacturing/ Mnt/ UPS/ LBS/Technology/ Quality to identify hypothesis and rot causes of process and quality deviationMonitor process performance indices on qualified processes and establish good controls to maintain process performanceLead tools installations as well as process & technology transfers to meet company targets, following standard process & tool release business flow. Characterize process and equipment system to maintain and improve capability and process controlPerform FMEA, risk assessment of process changes, with proper process change managementEnsure the robustness of processes with Advance Process Control (APC),Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other process control tools.Initiate, coordinate and lead excursion prevention, cost reduction, quality and productivity improvement projectsOrganize and oversee training for Associate engineer or new engineer to upgrade their technical skillsYou are best equipped for this task if you have:Technical degree in an engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering and other related areas)Approximately 6 - 8 years of relevant experience in semiconductor industryIn-depth understanding of principles and concepts in own technical /specialist areaStrong knowledge of functional area, team, process, equipment supplier / customer processBusiness knowledge is more strategic for the organisation.
