As a Senior Staff Specialist Procurement Engineering Chemicals, you will act as region interface to several internal and external contacts around the world to secure the process materials for the Infineon Frontend sites in Europe and Asia.
You will also drive the implementation of process materials supply and improvement projects in the area of wet-chemicals.
By doing so you will ensure Infineon`s supply guarantee and thus contribute to our market lead position.In your new role you will:Derive, align and drive implementation of process material related supply and improvement projects in the area of wet-chemicals.Thereof optimize in cooperation with site counterparts the usage of respective process materials with regards to value chain, yield, reliability, quality and cost.Support planning and coordination of material qualifications within Infineon sites (esp.
site Kulim).Act as a regional interface to material suppliers and actively drive related topics with suppliers.Be in charge of deriving and coordinating the secure process material supply for new manufacturing processes at site and material related technology transfers between the Frontend sites in Europe and AsiaContribute to supplier assessment and selectionYou are best equipped for this task if you have:A degree in Material Science, Chemistry, Physics, or a similar field of interestKnowledge in Frontend Semiconductor Material is a strong plusApprox.
>5 years of experience within the semiconductor (or similar) industryProject lead experience and project management skills preferredKnow-how in semiconductor wafer fab production incl.
