Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily maintenance operations for hotel systems (electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning,security alarms ,fire alarm systems , CCTV, etc.
).Prepare and submit internal purchase requisitions for tools, materials, and equipment.Plan and executeroutine preventive maintenanceand respond toemergency repair requests .Lead and support the team, ensuring proper training and safety standards.Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including preventive and emergency repairs.Prepare monthly reports for theHotel Manageron maintenance tasks, progress, and pending issues.Ensure all maintenance work meetssafety standardsandhotel policies .Assist inbudget monitoring , tracking maintenance-related expenses and purchases.Coordinate with other hotel departments (e.g., housekeeping, F&B) to resolve maintenance-related issues.Job Requirements:
Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or its equivalent.At least 5 years of experience in anengineering or maintenance role , ideally within the hospitality industry.Strong knowledge ofelectrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, fire alarms, CCTV, and other building maintenance systems .Relevanttechnical certifications(e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC).Strongcommunicationandleadershipskills with the ability to manage a small team and report effectively to senior management.Problem-solvingabilities and a proactive approach to maintenance and repairs.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks while ensuring high standards of safety and quality.Able to communicate in English, Mandarin, and Malay.Summary of Role Requirements:
