In your new role you will:Supervising Operations:A production supervisor is responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes monitoring equipment performances, wip and personnel to meet production targets.1. Lead, manage and motivate a team of Senior OS / Operation Specialists to meet operation targets.2. Allocate and deploy manpower effectively for optimum productivity.3. Being a trainer to Operation Specialists4. Involved in process & equipment issues and uphold Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) among all Operation Specialist5. Train and certify Operation Specialists as well as review and propose improvements to existing training scheme6. Responsible for capacity and resource planning, Optimize WIP management to maximize throughput and linearity, prioritize task to meet business needs as well as would be the key liaison personnel7. Initiate and lead improvement projects including productivity improvement, process improvement and drive for quality improvements projects.8. Ensure housekeeping practices is followed at all means, review and propose improvements to housekeeping.You are best equipped for this task if you have:1. Graduated in Bachelor Degree2. Willing work to 12 hrs shift3. Approximately 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor industry. Min 2 years of people management experience4. Proactive, independent and able to work in the fast pace working environment; highly adaptable to changes in the company practices as well as in the procedurals and protocols5.
